To remove duplicate emails in Outlook, you can use the following steps:

    1. Exit Outlook and close any web access to your mailbox.
    2. Download and run MFCMAPI to identify duplicate folders. You can find it on GitHub.
    3. In MFCMAPI, log on to your profile and navigate to your mailbox.
    4. Identify duplicate folders by checking the creation dates of folders with the same name. The newer folder is typically the duplicate.
    5. Use MFCMAPI to copy items from the duplicate folder to the original folder. Select all items in the duplicate folder and copy them.
    6. After copying, delete the duplicate folder using MFCMAPI.
    7. Repeat this process for other folders as necessary.
    8. Finally, start Outlook with the resetfolders switch to refresh your folder structure.

These steps will help you manage and remove duplicate emails effectively.
