When I try to sign into my work account, it provides me a code to enter but I never receive a sign in request page. I can’t refresh the screen.

If you're not receiving the sign-in request on your Microsoft Authenticator app, it could be due to several reasons:

    1. App Configuration: Ensure that the Microsoft Authenticator app is properly configured and linked to your work account. If you recently changed devices or reinstalled the app, you may need to set it up again.
    2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Settings: Your MFA settings might need to be reset, especially if you are unable to receive codes. If you are the administrator of your account, you can reset your MFA settings through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. If not, contact your organization's admin for assistance.
    3. Network Issues: Check your internet connection. Sometimes, network issues can prevent the app from receiving requests.
    4. App Updates: Make sure that your Microsoft Authenticator app is updated to the latest version. An outdated app can lead to functionality issues.
    5. Alternative Sign-in Options: If you have set up alternative verification methods, try using those to sign in instead of relying solely on the Authenticator app.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
