fraud charge from Microsoft? Please help ASAP

I have been charged £6.69 on 14th Feb Transaction Ref No. AT260450047000012064239.

What is this for? How can I cancel this and be refunded?

Please sign into your Microsoft account here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882 You should find the Investigate charge option on the upper right to start the process, and select this charge to submit an investigation request to Microsoft billing support team.
