Dear @yubraj khadka,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description, kindly try these following steps:
Please try resetting the PC first.
If the issue persists after the reset, please proceed with running System File Checker (SFC) from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) by following the steps below:
- Turn off the PC completely.
- Power on the device and, as soon as Windows starts loading, force a shutdown by holding the power button.
- Repeat this process two to three times until Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) appears.
- On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot.
- Select Advanced options, then choose Command Prompt.
- When prompted, sign in using your administrator account.
- In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter:
sfc /scannow
- Wait for the scan to complete, then restart the PC.
I sincerely hope you understand that the initial steps I suggested may not have completely fixed the issue, as there may still be underlying causes that have not yet been identified. I am here to work closely with you, troubleshoot effectively, and explore every possible solution to ensure the best possible outcome.
