Lost Access to my Pay As You Go subscription

I am the original Account Administrator of a Pay-As-You-Go Azure subscription. My account was removed from the Azure tenant, and I no longer see any directories. I receive AADSTS50020 when trying to access Azure. I need subscription ownership recovery or cancellation. I might be billed for things to which I have no access anymore.
