Faulty Personal Vault Error Message

I can't move files to Personal Vault. It gives the incorrect error message that there isn't enough space. But I've only used 24GB out of my 1 TB allowance.

Thank you for that suggestion. I checked and I have plenty of local hard drive space available (over 700GB out of a 1 TB capacity). I attempted to use the web interface and it similarly doesn't work - it doesn't allow me to move a file from the regular My Files portion of OneDrive to Personal Vault, again giving the incorrect error message that there isn't enough space.

Using the desktop Windows app, it appears to allow moving the file to Personal Vault, but the file shows up with an Error status. So, OneDrive is not synching: via the desktop Windows app it shows the file in Personal Vault (albeit in error status), while OneDrive via the web interface and via my iPhone app do not show the file in Personal Vault.

Again, I appreciate the suggestion and welcome any more. Microsoft has been unable to help so far.

    Hello,

Please ensure you have sufficient local hard drive space, otherwise you may also encounter a space shortage issue.

You can also try uploading files through the OneDrive web interface:https://onedrive.live.com/?view=0
