Hello,

We are trying to submit builds for 2 of our games but we are unable to submit. Upload starts but it takes huge time to upload , no matter how much fast is our internet speed. After uploading it starts analysing the build, its never finished.

Please suggest possible solution related to this.

Thanks

Yashpal Singh

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with the package upload and analysis process in Partner Center. Here are some potential solutions to consider:

    1. Check Package Size: Large packages can take a significant amount of time to upload and analyze. Ensure that your package is optimized and does not contain unnecessary files.
    2. Internet Connection: Although you mentioned having a fast internet connection, consider testing your upload speed specifically to see if there are any fluctuations or issues during the upload process.
    3. Package Format: Ensure that your game package is in the correct format (MSIXVC for PC games or XVC for console games) and that it meets all the requirements outlined in the Partner Center documentation.
    4. Submission Validator: Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Submission Validator, as outdated versions can lead to issues during the analysis phase. The log generated by the Submission Validator should also be checked for any errors or warnings that might indicate what is causing the delay.
    5. Branching and Sandboxes: If you're using branches for different versions of your game, ensure that you are uploading to the correct branch and that there are no conflicts with existing packages in the Main branch.
    6. Contact Support: If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance, as they may be able to provide more specific guidance based on your situation.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the issues you're facing with the package submission process.
