To resolve the issue of Outlook prompting you to sign in with an email address you don't recognize, you can try the following steps:

    1. Clear Cached Credentials:
      • Open Control Panel and go to Credential Manager.
      • Under Windows Credentials, look for any entries related to Outlook or Microsoft Office and remove them.
      • Restart Outlook and see if the issue persists.
    2. Check Account Settings:
      • Open Outlook, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
      • Ensure that only the accounts you want to use are listed and remove any unwanted accounts.
    3. Create a New Outlook Profile:
      • Close Outlook completely.
      • Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles.
      • Remove the old profile and create a new one by clicking Add. Follow the prompts to set up your email account again.

These steps should help clear out the unwanted email prompt and allow you to sign in with the correct account.
