    Hey there, Giovanni Delrosso

Please can you sign into the services and subscription page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Please can you tell me if you see your Microsoft 365 subscription listed on that page?

It may be worth checking your cancelled subscriptions, in case it has cancelled. You can view these by scrolling down to the bottom of the page where it says 'Cancelled subscriptions'

You can also visit your orders page here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

You can see if the order was successful or not. It should provide a reason why the order wasn't successful.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan

sorry you’re running into that. when a paid renewal still shows expired, it’s almost always the lic token not syncing to the tenant. only fix I’ve ever seen at this hour is opening a billing case at admin.microsoft.com and they can re‑push the entitlment and it pops back in a minute.
