Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Can you share what made you think the accounts were hacked?
    2. Does it look like the email address linked to your account was changed?
    3. Did you receive any alerts, notice unusual activity, or received any notice that your security info was changed (email/phone updated)?

Also, please try searching for the account using these steps from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c Click on "Search" and follow the instructions provided.

If you receive any error messages, such as “account doesn’t exist” or anything else, please let me know.

Once I have a bit more detail, I can guide you through the next steps.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If your account has been stolen due to phishing, the first step is to try to recover it through the official Microsoft account recovery process. Here are some steps you can follow:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and fill out the form. Provide as much information as possible about your account, including the old email address and any other details that can help verify your identity.
    2. Check Your Email: If you still have access to your old iCloud email, check for any recovery emails from Microsoft that may help you regain access.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support directly for assistance. They may have additional tools to help verify your identity and assist with account recovery.
    4. Secure Your Devices: Ensure that your devices are secure by running antivirus scans and changing passwords for other accounts that may have been compromised.
    5. Inform Your Contacts: If your account was used for phishing, inform your contacts about the situation to prevent them from falling victim to similar scams.

Following these steps can help you regain access to your account and secure it against future attacks.
