I have tried and failed to find the link to reset my son's account, he is 5 and is having a hard time remembering the password you guys had him set. Since the Family Safety app doesn't have a way to do it, how is he supposed to reset his password?

    A few questions:

    1. Are you listed as the Family Organizer on the account?
    2. Are you able to sign in to your own Microsoft account successfully?
    3. Do you receive any specific error message during reset?

To reset your child's Outlook account password, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account password reset page. You can search for "Microsoft account password reset" in your browser to find the correct link.
    2. Enter your child's email address and follow the prompts.
    3. If you have access to the recovery options set up for the account (like a phone number or alternate email), you will receive a verification code.
    4. Enter the verification code and follow the instructions to set a new password.

If you are unable to reset the password through the usual methods, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. They can guide you through the recovery process, especially since the Family Safety app does not provide a direct way to reset the password.
