I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. I'm happy to help.

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

Log in to all of your Microsoft accounts and check if you can see the charges there.

If not, have you asked a family member if they may have used your card in the past?

You can refer to this article: 'How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.'

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you can’t find the source of the charge, it’s possible that your credit card has been compromised. In this case, you should contact your bank immediately to open a dispute ticket, request an investigation, and, if necessary, have your card blocked and replaced to prevent further unauthorized charges.

If you have been charged for a Microsoft subscription that you did not subscribe to, you can request a refund by following these steps:

    1. Go to Microsoft Account Services: Sign in to your Microsoft account at Microsoft Account Services.
    2. Locate Your Subscription: Find the subscription that you want to cancel under the "Services & subscriptions" section.
    3. Cancel the Subscription: Click on "Manage" next to the subscription and select "Cancel subscription" or turn off recurring billing.
    4. Request a Refund: After canceling, visit the page for requesting a refund for Microsoft Store apps. Sign in and choose the recent charge, then submit the refund request form.

If you need further assistance, it may be helpful to contact Microsoft support directly for personalized help with your account and billing issues.
