hi,
banner in ur screenshot clearly says that to continue accessing the free software catalogue u need to register for microsoft azure for students, which usually means ur account is not currently recognised as an active student subscription under ur institution. If the software list shows 0 items it typically indicates that ur school subscription is not linked to ur current msft account, ur student eligibility has expired, or ur institution has moved from the old Imagine or Azure Dev Tools for Teaching model and now requires azure for students activation. make sure u are signed in with ur official college email address and not a personal msft account, check whether ur institution still participates in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching and verify ur student status again or activate azure for students if required. If other students at ur college can see software and u cannot then it is most likely an account linkage issue and u should contact ur institution admin or academ coordinator because they manage student access under the education agreement usually...
hope that would help,
rgds,
Alex
