    Hello,

If only the “Mail” app is blurry, it can be fixed individually.

    Locate the Mail program icon

    Right-click → Properties

    Switch to Compatibility

    Click Change high DPI settings

Check: Override high DPI scaling behavior

From the dropdown, select: System (Enhanced)

OK → Apply → Restart the program

If your email screen appears blurry, it may be due to the application not being DPI-aware, especially if you are using a high DPI display. Applications that are not DPI-aware can suffer from bitmap scaling issues, leading to a fuzzy or blurry appearance. This is particularly noticeable at certain scaling factors like 125%.

To address this issue, you can try the following:

    1. Check if the application is DPI-aware: Use the Process Explorer tool to determine if the email application is DPI-aware. If it is not, Windows will apply bitmap scaling, which can cause blurriness.
    2. Adjust scaling settings: You can change the scaling settings in Windows. Navigate to the DPI settings and check the option to let you choose one scaling level for all displays. This may help improve clarity.
    3. Update the application: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the email client. If it is not DPI-aware, consider reaching out to the vendor to request an update that includes DPI awareness.
    4. Disable scaling for the application: You can also disable display scaling for the application through its properties settings, but be cautious as this may result in content that is too small to read comfortably.

These steps can help mitigate the blurriness you are experiencing on your email screen.
