I wrote everything down perfectly, but it just won't let me add a card or pay directly. It doesn't even tell me what is wrong. Please help out this situation.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Do you currently have an active Microsoft 365 subscription linked to this account?
    2. Was your Microsoft 365 subscription originally purchased in a different country or region?
    3. Are there any specific error messages you're seeing?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If you're unable to add a payment method, there are a few things you can check:

    1. Country/Region Restrictions: Ensure that the payment method you are trying to add is issued from the same country/region as your Microsoft account tenant. If it is not, you will not be able to add it.
    2. Bank Security Measures: Contact your bank or credit/debit card company to see if there are any security measures that might be blocking the addition of your card.
    3. Technical Issues: Sometimes, browser issues can prevent you from adding a payment method. Try signing out of all active sessions and then using an InPrivate browsing session in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer to attempt adding the payment method again. You can also try refreshing your browser, using a different browser, or clearing your cached cookies.

If you continue to experience issues after checking these points, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
