If you’re unable to sign in to your Hotmail account on the web and are only accessing it through Exchange on your phone or PC, this may be causing sync and delivery issues.
First, please try signing in directly at https://outlook.live.com/mail using your Hotmail email and password. This helps confirm that your account is working properly on Microsoft’s side. If you can’t sign in, please try the account recovery option.
Also, I recommend installing the Outlook app on your phone and signing in there. This app connects directly to Microsoft’s servers and can help us check if emails are syncing correctly.
Once you’re able to access the account on the web and in the Outlook app, we can also try removing and re-adding the account on your devices to refresh the connection.
