I noticed you posted under Microsoft 365 for Android. To help narrow down the issue:
- Are you signed in with the exact same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the subscription?
- Did you buy it directly from Microsoft, Google Play, or another retailer?
- When you check account.microsoft.com > Services & subscriptions, does the order from 9/1/25 show there?
In the meantime, if you haven’t already already, sometimes the issue is:
- Signed in with a different account
- Subscription purchased under another email
- Purchase made through Google Play (managed inside Play Store, not Microsoft directly)
If you bought it through Google Play on Android, please also check:
- Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Do you see Microsoft 365 listed there?
