    Hello,

You can download Microsoft Edge WebView 2 from the link below and install it to see if that resolves the issue.

It seems that you are encountering an issue with the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime being missing. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet, as the installation of WebView2 may require downloading additional components.
    2. Download the WebView2 Runtime: You can download the WebView2 runtime directly from the official Microsoft link. Make sure to download the correct version for your system.
    3. Run as Administrator: When you run the installer, try right-clicking the installation file and selecting "Run as administrator" to ensure it has the necessary permissions.
    4. Check for Existing Installations: If you have previously attempted to install WebView2, there may be residual files causing conflicts. You can try uninstalling any previous versions of WebView2 from your system before attempting to install again.
    5. Disable Security Software: Sometimes, security software can interfere with installations. Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software and try the installation again.
    6. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date, as certain updates may be required for WebView2 to install correctly.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to collect diagnostic information and submit it to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
