- Ensure that you are not using or connecting to any VPN or proxy.
- Logout and login to your account to every Microsoft Rewards dashboard that you are into.
- Check and try the dashboard on the Bing app and see if it will be the same.
- Check and try on a different browser as well and ensure that clean up the cache and also ensure that no extension/s installed might interfere with Microsoft Rewards.
- Another thing that you can check and try is to use InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode on whichever browser you are using.
