Dear @ALI OBAID SAEED ALSQEER ALSHEMEILI

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you’re unable to sign in to your school account because it requires an authentication code from the Microsoft Authenticator app, which was accidentally deleted from your phone. As a result, you’re currently locked out of your account and need urgent assistance to regain access.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Regarding your situation, if you're an end-user, please reach out to your IT administrator for assistance. If you’re unable to sign in due to a phone change, a new phone number, or issues receiving your authentication code, your IT administrator can help by updating your authentication methods or revoking and re-registering your authentication.

Please note that forum moderators have no control over user accounts, especially when it comes to logging in to your account, resetting your password, changing your access, etc.

For detailed guidance, ask your IT administrator to review the step-by-step instructions provided in the referenced article: Manage user authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication

As much as I’d like to assist you directly, only your school/organization's IT administrator can reset or update the authentication settings for your account. Please reach out to them for further help, as they have the necessary access to resolve this issue.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful.

I'm here and happy to help! Thank you for your kindness and patience!

If you are unable to sign in to your school account because you deleted the Microsoft Authenticator app, you can follow these steps to regain access:

    1. Use Backup Methods: Check if you have set up any backup authentication methods such as SMS or email. Try using those to receive a verification code.
    2. Contact Support: Since this is a school account, you may need to contact your school's IT support or administrator for assistance. They can help reset your authentication method or provide alternative ways to verify your identity.
    3. Reset MFA Settings: If you are the only administrator for your account, you might need to reach out to Microsoft Data Protection Support. They can help reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. You can find the customer service phone numbers for Microsoft Support to get in touch with them directly.
    4. Create a Temporary Account: If you cannot reach support, consider creating a new Microsoft account temporarily to submit a support ticket. This will allow you to explain your situation and request help from the Data Protection team regarding your locked account.

These steps should help you regain access to your account.
