Giphy not loading assets on microsoft clipchamp

I cannot get giphy to load assets on microsoft clipchamp. the other assets work. i have tried both the desktop and web versions. i have logged out, and logged in with another account, i have reset the app, i have reinstalled the app. i have verified clipchamp has the ability to save files on my Local Disk. is this an ongoing issue with microsoft or should i investigate my machine further.

    Hi Kerry,

    Typically this seems to be an issue with the Network.

    1. Press the Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type ncpa.cpl

    Press Enter.

    1. Right-click your device and select Properties.
    2. Double click IPv4 options to open IPv4 properties.
    3. Select the """"Use the following DNS servers"""" radio box, and enter the following in the addresses.

    1.1.1.1

    1.1.2.2

    1. Click OK and OK again.

    Restart your computer.
