I have tried over several months to:

Stop MS charging me when I cancelled my sub in Nov 23. I am on my partner's family sub - Peter Bingham.

When I didn't get a response, my bank advised me to cancel my card, which I did.

Now MS have advised my account is overdue! I need to ensure that my account will continue to work please. There seems to have been a mix up.

Thank you

It seems you are experiencing issues with your Microsoft 365 subscription billing after canceling your subscription. Since you've mentioned that you are on your partner's family subscription and have faced difficulties in stopping the charges, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly for assistance. They can help clarify the status of your account and ensure that your services continue without interruption.

To contact Microsoft Billing Support, you can visit their support page and follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
    2. Select "Microsoft 365" and describe your issue.
    3. Choose the option to "Contact Support" and follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

This will allow you to address your billing concerns directly with Microsoft.
