I'm looking for an efficient way to automate data syncing between our recruitment database and Excel for real-time traffic analysis, particularly for our high-traffic pages like (URL removed. Do not replace). Has anyone successfully used Power Automate or a specific API script to handle large-scale data refreshes without manual intervention to keep UAE-focused performance dashboards updated?

    Dear @Ibrahim Khalil,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum!

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing your scenario around syncing high‑traffic JSON data with Excel dashboards.

First, just to clarify expectations on support channels: Microsoft Q&A currently does not support Power Automate or other Power Platform products. Questions related to Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power Platform are officially handled in the Power Platform Community, which is actively monitored by the product teams. For the best and most accurate guidance, I recommend posting your question here: Power Platform Community

However, I still tried my best to give you some insights before you reach out to them:

    • Regarding your requirement itself, while it may be technically possible to move JSON data into Excel using Power Automate, Excel is not designed to act as a real‑time analytics engine, especially for high‑traffic sites like Dubai Jobs on TheEmiratesGuides.com. In scenarios with frequent updates and large data volumes, Excel and the Excel connector can quickly run into unexpected behaviors such as throttling, row limits, and file locking.
    • From my perspective view, Power Automate may work well as an orchestration tool (triggering, transforming, moving data), but it’s not intended for sustained, high‑frequency real‑time ingestion into Excel.
    • If your goal is operational or management reporting, a scheduled or near‑real‑time Power BI dataset connected to Excel may be the safest and supportable design.
    • If you decide to continue this discussion, I strongly recommend posting it in the Power Platform Community, where Power Automate specialists can review your exact data volume and refresh requirements.

I hope this information can help you in this case. Wish you health and success!
