Laptop system test fails, so would like to modify my exam mode from home to exam centre

Question

I have opted to take the at-home examination scheduled for Tuesday, 24thFebruary 2026. However, due to certain laptop restrictions, I am unable to proceed, as the system test remains stuck at 83%. I kindly request your assistance in modifying my exam mode to allow me to take the examination at a nearby test center instead of attempting it from home.

Also, as my personal laptop is facing some technical issue. Request you to provide me any nearby location of exam center.

You cannot move an exam booking from online to a test centre.

You will need to cancel the existing exam booking and rebook at a test center.
