I am writing to request your assistance regarding a technical issue I experienced during my AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution exam scheduled on January 14, 2026 at 5:45 PM.
After successfully completing the check-in and proctored verification process, I was unable to proceed with the exam.
I got below:
"Access Code: 584-508-277
Hmm ... something's wrong
Unfortunately, something has gone wrong. We understand how frustrating this is and apologize
for the inconvenience.
We recommend that you restart OnVUE and try again.
Require further assistance?

I kindly request your support in reviewing this case and providing one of the following:
A voucher to rebook the AI-102 exam, or
A free reschedule of the missed exam session
