MIcrosoft support do not have access to the bitlocker key, it is private to your account, if your drive is encrypted with Bitlocker, the only place the Bitlocker Recovery key is automatically stored is on the associated Microsoft account on the link below, be sure to check any Microsoft account that may have been used on the PC and also any work or school account that may be linked to the PC.

Are you able to find the Bitlocker Recovery Key on any account that may have been used or linked to the laptop?

If not, do you have a safe backup of your files, or use a cloud service like OneDrive to sync your files online.

To recover your BitLocker key, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Microsoft Account: If you have previously saved your BitLocker recovery key to your Microsoft account, you can retrieve it by signing in at the Microsoft account website. Refer to the article on finding your BitLocker recovery key for detailed instructions.
    2. Use the Company Portal: If your device is managed by an organization, you may be able to retrieve the recovery key from the Intune Company Portal. This is applicable for work or school devices that are encrypted. You can find more information on how to get your recovery key from the Company Portal here.
    3. Contact IT Support: If your device is part of a corporate environment, reach out to your IT support team for assistance in retrieving the BitLocker recovery key.
    4. Self-Service Portal: If your organization has set up a Self-Service Portal for BitLocker recovery, you can use it to regain access to your computer. More details can be found in the documentation on using the Self-Service Portal here.

If none of these options are available, you may need to consider recovery options that could result in data loss, such as using a recovery image.
