Request for Review and Rescheduling – PL-300 Exam

Dear Pearson VUE Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding a technical issue I experienced during my PL-300: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate exam on 11 February 2026 at 8:45 PM.

After successfully completing the check-in and proctored verification process, I began my exam. However, shortly after starting, the exam session was suddenly disconnected due to a network issue. At that moment, I did not have access to a mobile device to capture a screenshot. I waited for some time, but the issue persisted.

I then contacted my brother to check the network connection. Since my primary network was not working, I connected to my brother’s mobile hotspot and resumed the session after entering the password.

The proctor then instructed me to ask the other person to leave the room, show the entire room again, and restart the exam session. I complied with all the instructions and resumed writing the exam.

However, after some time, the proctor informed me that I was looking off-screen and abruptly revoked my exam. The following day, I received an email regarding the revocation.

I kindly request you to review the video recording of my session to verify the situation. I did not engage in any unfair practices, and the disruptions were purely due to unavoidable technical issues. I sincerely request your support in providing either a free voucher or an opportunity to reschedule the exam.

Having another person in the exam room is a breach of exam conditions and will result in the immediate termination of your exam.
