how to receive a verification code to sign up account with my employer

for the past eight hours i have been trying to sign up my account with my employer and from my dashboard it has shown a verification code has been sent to my outlook inbox in which i did not not receive any code since. i have try all possible means by clicking on resend button and reloading the page. still am not getting the verification code.

i have message my employer and had a session with them still facing the same challenges they told the issue is with microsoft

    What do you mean exactly by "signing up your account with your employer"?

    What account are you signing up with? Your personal or your work-assigned account?

    Also, signing up for what if you don't mind sharing, such as what web link, that gives some context.

    As Emily said, we need more information ...

    If you have an organization account created by your employer, you don't really need to "sign up" anywhere. You access your account via a link provided by your employer (for example via https://portal.office.com ).
