Access labels

Question

I have 50 labels to print off from my contact list in my access database.

It is only printing 1 page.

How do I get all the labels (all 50) off.

In addition, I tested this scenario in my own environment using the Label Wizard from the Create tab. At the final step, I selected “See the labels as they will look printed” and then clicked Finish. This opened the Print Preview, and for a dataset of 50 labels, the report displayed approximately 7 pages.

If you select All to print all pages but only one page is printed, could you please try choosing Microsoft Print to PDF (or another PDF option available on your device) to save the labels as a PDF first? After that, try printing from the PDF to check whether all label pages print correctly.

To print all 50 labels from your Access database, you can use the PrintOut action. Make sure you have selected the correct print range. Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Open your labels report in Access.
2. When you initiate the print command, look for the Print Range option. You can choose All to print all labels.
3. If you want to print specific pages, you can select Pages and specify the range in the Page From and Page To fields.
