    Hi MK Shongwe,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum!

Have a good day and I hope you're doing well!

I completely understand how frustrating it is to miss out on meetings due to technical glitches like this. Not receiving forwarded invites can really disrupt your workflow and coordination with your team.

To troubleshoot this, could you please try the following steps:

First, please check if there are any Inbox Rules currently set up in your Outlook that might be accidentally filtering these emails. Sometimes, a rule designed to organize emails can inadvertently move forwarded messages to the Deleted Items or Junk Email folder.

Reference: Manage email messages by using rules in Outlook - Microsoft Support

If you don't find any rules causing this, and since you are an end-user, I highly recommend reaching out to your organization's IT Admin or Helpdesk Department. This issue often requires administrative access to investigate.

Please ask them to run a Message Trace for your account. This is the most effective way to see if the forwarded emails are actually reaching your organization's server and exactly what happens to them afterward (e.g., if they are being blocked by a spam filter or a transport rule before reaching your inbox).

You can share this reference with your IT team: Message trace in the new Exchange admin center in Exchange Online

I hope this helps, at least partially. Please give these steps a try and let me know how it goes. If you have any concerns or questions, or if I misunderstood or was unclear about anything, feel free to let me know.

If you are unable to receive forwarded meeting invites, it may be due to certain settings or configurations in your email account. One common reason for this issue is if Delegate Access is enabled, and the delivery option is set to "My delegates only." This configuration can prevent you from receiving meeting requests directly.

To resolve this issue, you can check the following:

    1. Ensure that Delegate Access is not restricting your ability to receive meeting invites.
    2. Verify that your delivery options are set correctly in your Outlook client.
    3. If you are still experiencing issues, consider checking for any mailbox rules that might be deleting or moving meeting requests before they reach your inbox.

If the problem persists, you may want to consult your IT administrator for further assistance.
