Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am writing regarding my MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator exam, which I successfully passed on February 7, 2026. However, the certification for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is still not appearing in my Microsoft Learn profile or Certification Dashboard.

I would like to confirm that I used the same personal email address for both Pearson VUE exam registration and my Microsoft Learn account. The exam status in Pearson VUE shows “Pass.”

Since it has been several days, I kindly request you to investigate this matter and advise if any action is required from my side.

Below are my details for your reference:

Exam: MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator Passed Date: February 7, 2026 Registered Email (Pearson VUE): [your personal email] Microsoft Learn Email: [same personal email]

Please let me know if you require any additional information or screenshots.

Thank you for your assistance.

    Thank you for your clarification.

According to the official certification page for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification, the requirement is to pass Exam MS-102 and hold one of the prerequisite associate-level certifications.

Could you please confirm which specific associate certifications currently qualify as prerequisites for this certification?

    I currently hold:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Active)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Active)

If these do not qualify, could you kindly confirm which associate certification is required so I can proceed accordingly?

Additionally, since my MS-102 exam shows “Passed” in my profile, I would appreciate confirmation whether the certification is pending due to missing prerequisite or if there is another issue on my account.

    Thank you for your assistance.

I already hold an active Associate certification (Azure Administrator Associate) and an active Expert certification (Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

My MS-102 exam shows “Passed” in my profile (Feb 7, 2026), but the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification has not been issued.

Could you please check if there is a backend sync issue or certification trigger problem on my profile?

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite active associate certifications. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/m365-administrator-expert/#certification-prerequisites

    Hello Muzamil,

I understand your concern about your personal email address for both Pearson VUE exam registration and my Microsoft Learn account I’m here to help you.

First I suggest to confirm your identity is fully setup in Microsoft Learn go to https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials check your full legal name, valid email address and the completed profile setup (country, name etc.) Check the email alias linked to your certification ID go to Microsoft learn, credentials, profile and select Account management. Under here check your Primary email so it must match the Pearson VUE, contact email and Alias emails. Other than this check your Microsoft Certification ID go to https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/dashboard and look for MCID number if there is more than one you must request Microsoft support to merge them.

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

If your certification for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is not appearing in your Microsoft Learn profile after passing the MS-102 exam, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Login Account: Ensure that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you may be logging into the wrong one.
    2. Verify Email Consistency: Since you mentioned using the same personal email for both Pearson VUE and Microsoft Learn, double-check that there are no typos or discrepancies in the email addresses.
    3. Wait for Processing: Sometimes, it may take a few days for the certification to appear in your profile after passing the exam. If it has been several days, it may be worth reaching out to Microsoft Certification Support for further assistance.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider contacting Microsoft Credentials Support for help with missing credentials. They can provide specific guidance and investigate the issue further.
