I am writing regarding my MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator exam, which I successfully passed on February 7, 2026. However, the certification for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is still not appearing in my Microsoft Learn profile or Certification Dashboard.

I would like to confirm that I used the same personal email address for both Pearson VUE exam registration and my Microsoft Learn account. The exam status in Pearson VUE shows “Pass.”

Since it has been several days, I kindly request you to investigate this matter and advise if any action is required from my side.

According to the official certification page for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification, the requirement is to pass Exam MS-102 and hold one of the prerequisite associate-level certifications.

Could you please confirm which specific associate certifications currently qualify as prerequisites for this certification?

I currently hold:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Active)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Active)

If these do not qualify, could you kindly confirm which associate certification is required so I can proceed accordingly?

Additionally, since my MS-102 exam shows “Passed” in my profile, I would appreciate confirmation whether the certification is pending due to missing prerequisite or if there is another issue on my account.

I already hold an active Associate certification (Azure Administrator Associate) and an active Expert certification (Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

My MS-102 exam shows “Passed” in my profile (Feb 7, 2026), but the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification has not been issued.

Could you please check if there is a backend sync issue or certification trigger problem on my profile?

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. First I suggest to confirm your identity is fully setup in Microsoft Learn go to https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials check your full legal name, valid email address and the completed profile setup (country, name etc.) Check the email alias linked to your certification ID go to Microsoft learn, credentials, profile and select Account management. Under here check your Primary email so it must match the Pearson VUE, contact email and Alias emails. Other than this check your Microsoft Certification ID go to https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/dashboard and look for MCID number if there is more than one you must request Microsoft support to merge them.
