Do you not remember the Microsoft account used on the PC, if so, log into any Microsoft account you may have, then go to the Devices section, in there, if you see the PC listed, that is the Microsoft account used to log into WIndows on the PC.

If you are still unable to reset the password to log into the PC, then because this is a Microsoft Forum it is against the Code of Conduct for us to provide a method to bypass a Windows Password, I hope you understand.

The options you then have is to Reset Windows, or clean install Windows from a bootable USB

If you are having trouble with the Utilman.exe method to reset your password, it may be due to several factors. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Ensure Correct Commands: Double-check that you are using the correct commands. The command to replace Utilman.exe should be executed in an elevated command prompt.
    2. Boot into Recovery Environment: Make sure you are booting into the Windows Recovery Environment to execute these commands. You can access this by using a Windows installation media or recovery disk.
    3. Check for Corruption: If the system files are corrupted, it may prevent the commands from working properly. You might need to run a system file check or repair your Windows installation.
    4. Use Alternative Methods: If the Utilman method is not working, consider using other password reset methods such as using a password reset disk or third-party password recovery tools.
    5. Contact Support: If you continue to experience issues, it may be beneficial to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

Make sure to keep your passwords secure in the future to avoid similar issues.
