How do I fix my account not recieving a code?

I have a work email which doesn't recieve the code; not the on-screen code or the one-time password code; to allow me to log into my account. I need to log into that account because I have to update personal details on my workspace which I can't do because I'm not recieving a code at all. I am logged into the Authenticator app with my work email but I still do not get a code of any kind.
