    Hello, Sweety Mama.

If you have correctly completed the Office (or M365) installation and activation procedure, but activation still has not passed, then contact Microsoft support specialists in the chat. They have the ability to remotely connect to your PC (with your permission) and study the problem (and its solution) "on the spot". To do this, log in to your MS account on the page https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Microsoft 365 and Office" and "Technical Support" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page (if requested), enter your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window will open in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond and explain the situation to him.

It seems you are experiencing an issue with the activation of your product key. If your activation is still pending after two days, you may want to consider the following steps:

    1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet, as activation requires online access.
    2. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can help in completing the activation process.
    3. Use the Activation Troubleshooter: If you are using Windows, you can access the Activation Troubleshooter by going to Settings > Update & Security > Activation, and then selecting "Troubleshoot".
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If the issue persists, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance with your activation issue.

Unfortunately, I cannot assist with specific activation IDs or product keys directly.
