Can't login to personal email

I am logged out of my personal email due to a verification alert from Microsoft. I have tried logging in multiple times and going through the verification process. The issue being I don't have access to the alternative email address registered with the account to receive a link any more.

I have followed the verification process help guide, I am logging in via my usual device. I have entered previous details etc. I have entered all known information, including Email addresses for recent sent emails, however subject lines were blank and they are not being picked up by the verification process. And I remain logged out.

Is there any additional help or another way to verify my email address?

    Hi,

To replace the Security Verification method in your Microsoft account, you will need to follow only the procedure I have linked above. Microsoft does not offer any other methods to replace the verification method.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

May I please know if you have any alternative security contact methods to verify your identity, such as a phone number or an authenticator app?

Microsoft always recommends that users have at least three verification methods. This way, even if one method is disabled or not working, you can still sign in using another method.

In your situation, your only option is to replace the security information on your Microsoft account. There are no other alternate methods available. . So,

On the Verify your identity screen, select I don’t have any of these, and then follow the prompts to replace your security information.

Note - If you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days.

To get verified by Microsoft, remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location.
