To unlock your blocked Hotmail account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Wait for the Lockout Period: If your account has been temporarily locked due to multiple failed sign-in attempts, you may need to wait for a certain period (usually about 24 hours) before trying again. Avoid making further attempts during this time as it can reset the cooldown.
    2. Use the Account Recovery Form: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and fill out the recovery form. Make sure to provide as much accurate information as possible, including any past passwords, subject lines of recent emails, and any other details that can help verify your identity.
    3. Check for Other Sign-In Options: If available, check if there are alternative methods to sign in, such as using a different email or phone number for verification.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance. You can do this by visiting the support page and following the prompts to connect with a support agent.
    5. Monitor for Suspicious Activity: If you regain access, check for any unauthorized changes or activities in your account and secure it by changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

Following these steps should help you regain access to your email account.
