    Dear @Vivek Nuna,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that Microsoft Teams keeps showing the message asking you to agree to the app’s permissions, even though you have already selected Agree multiple times in the Teams desktop app on Windows.

To better assistance, could you please confirm following information:

Which exact Teams app is showing this prompt (app name + publisher), and is it your custom / internal Teams app or a store app?

Does the popup appear only in one place (e.g., personal app bar) or also when using the app in chat, channel, and meeting contexts? (The message specifically refers to “all places in Teams,” which maps to these different scopes.)

Is the affected account a work/school account in a managed tenant, and does the user have a Teams/Global Admin available to check the app’s status?

In Teams admin center, does the app show permissions that need consent (or any indicator that admin approval is required)? If yes, has a Global Admin granted consent org-wide?

Does your tenant restrict app usage, such as “Only admins can install apps” or other app availability controls? (If tenant defaults or policies restrict user installs, the user’s “Agree” may not fully apply everywhere.)

What Teams client + version is the user on (new Teams vs classic, version number), and does it reproduce on Teams web or another device? (A similar report mentions the behavior can vary by Teams version/platform.)

Did this start after a recent change to the app (updated permissions, updated terms/privacy links, new deployment) or did it begin “suddenly” without an app change? (Permission/consent prompts can reappear after app permission changes.)

In the meantime, I recommend the steps below:

Please ask your Teams administrator to review the app in Teams Admin Center and confirm that it is allowed and approved for use in all required scopes (personal, chat, channel, and meeting).

After admin approval is confirmed, sign out of the Teams desktop app and sign back in to allow the updated permissions to fully apply.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
