    Hello Lester,

You have reach the community and I’m here to help you with the locked out account issue. Can you please first check if there is any backup sign in method still exist, check for a link such as “Sign in another way” on the MFA prompt. Next if your domain lestercox.com had another Global Admin they can reset your MFA registration, reset the password, restore sign in state or reactivate your account if disabled by unpaid licensing. Other than the two option I provided previously I strongly suggest to do the Microsoft self service recovery if available, go to https://account.live.com enter your admin email complete identity verification via back up email or phone.

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

If you are locked out of your Microsoft account and unable to access the Microsoft Authenticator app, you will need to take specific steps to regain access and manage your domain, lestercox.com. Here’s what you can do:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you cannot access your account, the first step is to contact Microsoft Support directly. You can do this by:
      • Calling their customer service hotline. When you call, follow the automated prompts to specify that you need assistance with account access issues related to the Authenticator app.
      • You may need to provide your account details, including the email address associated with your domain and any other verification information they might request.
    2. Explain Your Situation: Clearly explain that you are the owner of the domain lestercox.com and that you have lost access due to issues with the Authenticator app and a payment problem. Make sure to mention that you are unable to manage your domain as a result.
    3. Request Domain Release: Ask the support agent to assist you in regaining control of your domain. They may have specific procedures for verifying your identity and releasing the domain back to you.
    4. Alternative Access Methods: If you have any other recovery options set up (like backup email or phone number), mention those to the support agent as they may help in verifying your identity.
    5. Consider Creating a New Account: If you are unable to resolve the issue through support, you might consider creating a new Microsoft account temporarily to access support services. You can then explain your situation from this new account.
    6. Follow Up: After your initial contact, make sure to follow up if you do not receive a timely response. Keep a record of any ticket numbers or reference numbers provided during your interaction with support.

Unfortunately, I cannot assist with direct calls or personal contact requests. It's crucial to follow the official support channels provided by Microsoft for the best assistance.
