You have reach the community and I’m here to help you with the locked out account issue. Can you please first check if there is any backup sign in method still exist, check for a link such as “Sign in another way” on the MFA prompt. Next if your domain lestercox.com had another Global Admin they can reset your MFA registration, reset the password, restore sign in state or reactivate your account if disabled by unpaid licensing. Other than the two option I provided previously I strongly suggest to do the Microsoft self service recovery if available, go to https://account.live.com enter your admin email complete identity verification via back up email or phone.
