My trial ended and automatically I was charged $199. I did not intend to continue with the service. I would like a refund.

To request a refund for your Microsoft 365 subscription that was charged after your trial ended, you can follow these steps:

    1. Turn off recurring billing: If you haven't already, you should turn off recurring billing to prevent future charges.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you were charged unexpectedly, it's best to reach out to Microsoft Billing Support directly. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support page, signing in with your account, and selecting the option to chat with an agent or request a call back.
    3. Explain your situation: When you connect with a support agent, explain that you did not intend to continue the service after the trial and request a refund for the charge.

Make sure to have your account details ready for verification when you contact support.
