Ive called my telco company about getting the phone number back so i can receive this code but it is not an option its been assigned to someone else .. ive tried calling my old number to see if i can speak to them and get the code from them but the numbers disconnected and not in use (use can call it yourselves ) .. It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating situation with your account recovery. Here are some steps you can take to regain access to your email account:

    1. Account Recovery Form: Since you have access to your other email for verification, try using the Account Recovery Form to recover your account. Provide as much information as possible to verify your identity.
    2. Wait for Lockout Period: If you've attempted recovery too many times, you might be temporarily locked out. It's usually advisable to wait for about 24 hours before trying again, as further attempts can reset the cooldown period.
    3. Use a Familiar Device: When filling out the recovery form, use a device and network you typically use to access your account. This can help in verifying your identity.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If the automated recovery options are not working, consider contacting Microsoft Support directly for assistance. You can navigate to the support portal and describe your issue to connect with a support agent.
    5. Avoid Further Attempts During Lockout: If you are locked out due to too many attempts, avoid trying to reset your password or recover your account until the lockout period expires to prevent further complications.

Following these steps should help you in regaining access to your account.
