Hi Team,

I am writing to report a technical issue I have been facing during my Applied Skills assessment attempt.

This is my third attempt.

In my first and second attempts, I was unable to see the flow named “ApprovalFlow” in Copilot Studio.

In my third attempt, I am unable to see the Dataverse table “ExpensePolicy.”

I refreshed the browser tabs multiple times and retried, but the issue still persists. I also have a stable and proper internet connection, so this does not appear to be a connectivity issue. Due to this, I am unable to proceed with the assessment tasks.

Could you please check and let me know how this can be resolved? If required, I am happy to provide screenshots or any additional details.

Looking forward to your support at the earliest.

Thanks & Regards, Narendra Kumar

It seems you are experiencing issues with the Applied Skills assessment related to Microsoft Copilot, specifically with not being able to see the required elements in Copilot Studio. Since you have already tried refreshing the browser and confirmed a stable internet connection, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause display issues. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
    2. Try a Different Browser: If clearing the cache does not work, consider using a different web browser or an incognito/private mode to see if the issue persists.
    3. Check Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access the resources in Copilot Studio. Sometimes, access issues can prevent certain elements from being displayed.
    4. Contact Support: If the problem continues, it may be best to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance. Provide them with details of your attempts and any error messages you may have encountered.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide specific troubleshooting steps directly related to the Copilot Studio or the assessment itself, but these general troubleshooting steps may help resolve your issue.
