If Outlook is not opening even after restarting your computer, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Repair Office: Use the repair option in the Control Panel to fix any issues with the Office installation.
    2. Reinstall Office: If repairing doesn't work, consider uninstalling Office 365 and then reinstalling it from your subscription.
    3. Check Compatibility Settings: Locate Outlook.exe, right-click it, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, and ensure that the Run this program in compatibility mode for option is unchecked.
    4. Selective Startup: You can perform a selective startup to identify if any services or startup items are causing the issue. Follow these steps:
      • Open System Configuration from the Control Panel.
      • Select the General tab and choose Selective startup.
      • Uncheck Load system services and Load startup items, then restart your computer.
      • Gradually enable services and startup items to identify the culprit.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the issue with Outlook not opening.
