A free program from Microsoft that provides developers with the tools, resources, and sandbox environments needed to build solutions for Microsoft 365.
Hello David,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please note that, as a forum moderator, I do not have access to the internal systems required to investigate individual account‑related issues due to privacy and security constraints. In addition, the qualification and renewal process for Microsoft 365 Developer Program tenants is fully automated and based on predefined algorithms and telemetry. Therefore, I am unable to manually reset or override Developer Program eligibility.
I recommend reviewing the AI‑generated response in your post, as it provides helpful insights that align closely with my own understanding of the issue. you will need to delete your existing Microsoft 365 Developer Program account before you can create a new sandbox. Then you can create a new one after 60 days. REF: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/developer-program/microsoft-365-developer-program-faq
I hope this clarifies the situation. Thank you for your understanding.
