    Hi Piñeros Duarte, David

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum and sharing your experience.

The value you shared appears to be a Correlation ID. This is a unique identifier for that specific failed sign‑in attempt, rather than a fixed error code that can be looked up in documentation. Correlation IDs are primarily used by administrators or Microsoft Support to trace authentication events in Entra ID (Azure AD) sign‑in logs.

Based on your description of the SSO “wrong password” behavior, this issue is commonly caused by stale or conflicting cached credentials on the local machine. Please try the following:

    • First, confirm that you can sign in successfully at https://portal.office.com using the same work or school account.
    • If web sign‑in works, sign out of all Office apps and close them completely.
    • On Windows, go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. If your work account is listed there, select it and choose Disconnect.
    • Then reopen Word or Excel and sign in again with the correct account type (work or school account, not a personal Microsoft account), as mixing account types can lead to this behavior.
    • If the issue continues, it may be related to SSO or identity configuration on the tenant side. In that case, your organization’s Microsoft 365 or IT administrator will need to review sign‑in logs and authentication policies in Entra ID (Azure AD).

Please let me know how things go on your side as your update can also assist others in the community who may be facing the same issue.
