My issue is that I have an account called *@outlook.com, which I use to sign in to my Minecraft account. I don't check on it often. But some how in maybe the last 3-4 months i have been hacked and lost all access to this. now i cant log in or report this because it says the account doesn't exist even though it does. The email that is a hold of it is "ma@gmail.com" . If anyone can help me or get my account back it would be nice. The accounts password is gone obviously and my second account in case it gets hacked is replaced by this person idk how. And i really need this account back because this is my 3rd minecraft account because they sm how get hacked.

if there is microsoft support please try and get the account back

thank you

    Hi, I'm John!

If you haven’t already, you can try using the Microsoft Self-help tool:

You can also use the Xbox recovery form here:

If the issue still persists, and the email address has been changed and two-factor authentication has been enabled by the hacker, unfortunately, the account may no longer be recoverable.

If your Microsoft account has been hacked and the secondary email has been changed, the best course of action is to follow the official Microsoft account recovery process. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and fill out the form. Provide as much information as possible about your account, including previous passwords, account creation details, and any linked services (like Minecraft).
    2. Check for Account Activity: If you regain access, review your account activity for any unauthorized changes or settings.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance. They can provide guidance on how to recover your account, especially if the automated systems fail.
    4. Secure Your Devices: Ensure that your devices are secure by running antivirus scans and checking for any suspicious software that may have been installed.
    5. Inform Your Contacts: If your account was compromised, inform your contacts to be cautious of any suspicious messages that may have been sent from your account.

Unfortunately, if the hacker has changed the security information, it may complicate recovery, but persistence with the recovery form and support can help.
