A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
Hey there, Nikhil Gupta
This is because the billing cycle is usually monthly. So at the end of the month, the system finalizes your charges and will produce you an invoice 72 hours later.
While my screenshot shows different dates, as I have had my subscription for longer, the current billing period is outlined for that subscription, to be a month. After the end date, it will generate me an invoice covering my charges for the services I have used. You can find out how this works using this article here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/cost-management-billing/cost-management-billing-overview
Hope this helps,
Nathan
