Based on your description and the notification shown, Outlook is likely blocking the message content for security reasons. This usually happens when the sender is not recognized as safe.
If you see an Infobar at the top of the message stating “Some content in this message has been blocked because the sender isn’t in your Safe Senders list”, select Trust sender or Show blocked content to allow the message to display normally.
If the email was moved to your Junk Email folder, you can help Outlook recognize the sender as legitimate:
- Right‑click the message and choose Report > Not Junk. When prompted, select Add sender to Safe Senders.
- You can also manually add the sender or domain to your Safe Senders list from Junk Email Options in Outlook.
Since this thread is tagged "For business", your organization may have additional security policies in place. If clicking Trust sender has no effect, or if the message was blocked before reaching your mailbox, please contact your IT administrator. They can review the message in Microsoft Defender Quarantine, release it if appropriate, and decide whether the sender’s domain should be added to the organization’s allow list.
Please let me know how things go on your side as your update can also assist others in the community who may be facing the same issue.
