How to renew my exchange plane 1 subscription & download last bill agent paid to me from his account for past subscription

If the subscription was purchased through a partner or reseller:

• You must contact the same partner or reseller who manages the subscription to request renewal. Microsoft cannot renew subscriptions that are managed and billed through a third‑party partner without their authorization.
• Invoices for partner‑managed subscriptions are issued by the reseller or agent and will not appear in your Microsoft 365 admin center. As the payment was made from the partner’s financial account, you will need to request the invoice directly from them.

In this case, your best course of action is to contact that reseller directly to request renewal and billing documentation.
