    Greetings,

This is Tin, I'm happy to assist you.

Your SBSGlobal account is managed by Yahoo/Yahoo/AT&T but you may export and import it to Outlook as your backup. However, if your account has been locked by AT&T, there's no way to get it.

First thing to do to check if you still have access, please go to https://Yahoomail.com and try to sign in your account. With this, we can check if your account is still active.

If it's active, you can try to export it to Outlook, please open your Outlook app, Go to File, then click Add account, please sign in your account and your emails will be synced, please wait for it.

Once it's already synced, please click File, then Open&Export, Import/Export, Export to a file then hit Outlook Data File or .pst then please import it. And follow the prompt.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thank you,

    Tin

To transfer your sbcglobal email to a new PC with Microsoft 365, you may need to contact Microsoft support for assistance. Unfortunately, I don't have a specific phone number for Microsoft support related to this issue. However, you can try reaching out through the Microsoft support portal or by using the following steps:

    1. In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it.
    2. Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
    3. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
    4. Choose the products and services for which you need help.
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent or select the "Call me back" option.

This should help you get in touch with someone who can assist you with your email transfer issue.
