What's New in Edge Tab starts up every time I launch Edge

Tab for ("update completed", "what's new in Microsoft edge"), windows 11pro keeps showing every time I launch Edge. I tried repair and cleared history. I went through all 6 next steps to see what is new and the tab still comes up every time I launch Edge
